Help hockey student-athletes thrive academically and athletically as an Academic Support Coordinator with North Shore Warriors Hockey Academy.

Working on-site Monday to Friday, you will support Grades 8 to 12 students in a structured, engaging education environment. The contract runs for 10 months from September to June, prorated from the start date, with full time or part-time options. Collaboration with families, coaches, and staff is central.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide classroom, small-group, and individual academic assistance
- Monitor student progress, attendance, engagement, and conduct
- Help students organize assessments and academic priorities
- Strengthen confidence, leadership, independence, and accountability




- Maintain respectful classrooms supporting Academy education delivery

Requirements:

- Student support or teaching experience in Grades 8 to 12
- Knowledge of Math, Sciences, English, or Social Studies
- Ability to motivate diverse learners positively and collaboratively
- Confident organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Comfort using educational technology and online learning platforms
