You will manage inbound and outbound telecommunication while following scripts, guidelines, and company procedures. The work includes documenting requests, adverse events, and product complaints accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain quality standards across client programs
- Collect information and update program databases
- Document and triage medical information requests
- Complete literature fulfillment for customers
- Explain medical terminology empathetically when needed

Requirements:
