Lead overnight dispatch operations in Sherwood Park with Ryder, using routing, customer service, and administrative coordination skills. Work Monday through Friday, 11pm to 7:30am.

As an Overnight Dispatcher, you will provide front-line supervision and administrative support for Ryder’s location. Assign work to non-exempt personnel while supporting daily operational goals. Responsibilities include payroll and billing, driver communications, safety compliance, routing, and KPI reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assign work to non-exempt personnel overnight
- Handle customer requests and elevate issues appropriately
- Coordinate dispatch, routing, and driver communications
- Review DOT logs and submit required documentation
- Maintain attendance, vacation, and accounts payable records

Requirements:

- High school diploma or GED required
- One year in warehouse, transportation, logistics, or distribution required
- One year of customer service experience required
- Knowledge of routing and dispatching software preferred
- Understanding of DOT and OSHA regulations preferred
