Lead rail project execution and business development strategies with Cando, supporting operations across Canada and the United States through travel.This Project Manager works with Senior Project Managers, Business Development, and Project teams across the full project life cycle. You will support proposals, design, construction, troubleshooting, organization, startup, transition, and operational handover. The work requires industrial or rail project execution experience, financial understanding, and strong stakeholder communication.Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategies for new and existing operationsCoordinate project planning, design, execution, and closeout phasesProvide technical input for proposals, costing, schedules, and drawingsManage scope, timelines, budgets, quality, risks,



and stakeholder satisfactionSupport operational startup, transition, training, and handover activitiesRequirements:

Experience executing projects in industrial or rail environmentsExperience interpreting budgets, financial information, bids, or tendersBackground establishing recent business and building teamsProficiency with Office 365, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft VisioAbility to travel throughout Canada and the United StatesApply project leadership, technical planning, financial oversight, and stakeholder communication across Cando’s specialized rail services network.
