Support residents overnight at Greystar’s high-rise community in Oakland, coordinating services, packages, calls, and local information from 10 pm to 7 am.

This Concierge position serves a stabilized, 633-unit property and organizes resident services and programs. You will greet residents and prospects, route phone calls, manage schedules, document deliveries, and maintain local resource information. The Friday-through-Tuesday schedule requires dependable overnight availability and resident-focused communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet residents, prospects, and visitors entering the leasing area
- Answer calls and route requests to appropriate team members
- Coordinate guest suites, loading docks, and elevator schedules




- Document packages and notify residents within 24 hours
- Maintain local restaurant, shop, and delivery information

Requirements:

- One to two years of relevant experience
- Overnight concierge, security, or hotel front desk experience preferred
- Effective English and Spanish communication preferred
- Ability to work Friday through Tuesday, 10 pm to 7 am
- Ability to lift 25 pounds independently and 50 with assistance
