You will manage Beauty department resources while developing staff performance and team-oriented relationships. Responsibilities include mentoring, training, motivating employees, preparing performance appraisals, and demonstrating Blue Culture Principles and C.O.R.E Values. You will also support sales targets, productivity objectives, and customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
