Bird seeks a Senior Pursuits Administrator for Buildings West, reporting to the Manager, Proposals. You will support Business Development, Pre-Construction, Estimating, and Proposals throughout the pursuit lifecycle. The work centers on organized information flow, deadline tracking, and administrative readiness across teams and regions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research clients, owners, markets, and procurement opportunities
- Maintain pursuit trackers, logs, CRM records, and pipeline visibility
- Manage centralized records, documentation, naming, and version control
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, actions,



schedules, and follow-up
- Support tender administration, interviews, submissions, and archiving

Requirements:

- Diploma, degree, or equivalent qualified experience
- Experience in senior administration, coordination, project, or operations support
- Strong research, organization, accuracy, and administrative judgment
- Microsoft Office and SharePoint proficiency
- Experience managing multiple requests across systems and stakeholders
