The Maintenance Technician supports Plant 101 equipment reliability while contributing to construction, commissioning, startup, and maintenance planning. The position connects field execution with long-term reliability program development. Candidates should be prepared to support future afternoon or alternate shift operations as growth continues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support construction, installation, commissioning, and startup activities
- Coordinate contractors and assist with project handovers
- Execute emergency and scheduled maintenance work
- Investigate equipment failures and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with Operations,
Engineering, Maintenance, and Project teams
Requirements:
- Minimum five years of relevant industrial maintenance or construction experience
- Industrial Mechanic, Heavy Duty Mechanic, Red Seal, or equivalent background
- Experience leading field work and coordinating contractors
- Computerized maintenance management system experience and accurate recordkeeping
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License and ability to lift 50 pounds
