Key Responsibilities:

- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager with store operations
- Coach and mentor sales team members by example
- Deliver inspirational, authentic, personalized customer service
- Complete start and end of day cash reconciliation
- Open and close the store on a rota basis

Requirements:

- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics
- Previous supervisory experience is desirable
- Retail point-of-sale software experience
- Availability for retail hours, weekends, and special events
- Proof of right to live and work if interviewed
