Calgary Alternative Support Services Inc in Calgary is seeking a CAPA Case Manager to coordinate, implement and monitor individualized services under the CAPA program.

You will work with adults with disabilities, conduct needs-based assessments, develop person-centred plans, and connect clients to community and government resources, ensuring compliance with CDSS and funder requirements. This full time role is based at our SE Calgary office.
