Coordinate fleet operations, compliance, and technology for Buffalo Trail Public Schools from the Central Services location in Wainwright, Alberta. Support safe transportation services across the division.

Reporting to the Director of Transportation, this full-time permanent position coordinates fleet systems, regulatory records, and regional logistics. The work supports schools, Central Office operations, contractors, and transportation services through organized administrative and hands-on operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate vehicle maintenance records, insurance, inspections, and preventative maintenance scheduling
- Maintain National Safety Code compliance records and documentation
- Coordinate radio, GPS, and digital video surveillance systems




- Transport resources between schools and Central Office operations
- Provide on-call support for drivers and contractors

Requirements:

- High school diploma required
- Fleet, transportation compliance, or technical systems experience considered an asset
- Experience maintaining electronic databases or fleet management software
- Valid Alberta Class 5 Driver's Licence and satisfactory abstract
- Robust organization, analytical ability, judgment, and customer service
