Provide nursing leadership at Southbridge Cornwall LTC as a Registered Practical Nurse, supervising care teams and supporting residents in Cornwall, ON.

Reporting to the Director of Care, this permanent part-time RPN vacancy includes multiple lines across long-term care services. The role combines resident assessments, medication and treatment administration, staff supervision, and care plan evaluation. Practice must reflect College of Nurses of Ontario Standards, Long-Term Care Standards, and Southbridge Care Homes Standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, direct, supervise, and evaluate nursing staff work
- Orient and train recent personnel and support education
- Monitor performance and refer concerns to the Director of Care
- Ensure nursing care follows standards, orders,



and policies
- Initiate appropriate remedial health measures when indicated

Requirements:

- Appropriate current College of Nurses of Ontario competence certificate
- Registration or eligibility with the Registered Practical Nurses Association
- Comprehensive nursing and health care practice knowledge
- Knowledge of infection control practices
- Negative vulnerable sector check and two-step TB test
