Fraser Health’s Lower Mainland Pharmacy Services supports integrated pharmaceutical care across four health employers. In this Pharmacy Assistant position, you will maintain medication stocks, assist with dispensing and distribution, and complete related clerical duties. Work occurs under the general supervision of the Coordinator, Pharmacy Services or designate.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain non-controlled and controlled medication inventory
- Distribute inventory, transfer, and wardstock delivery records
- Review stock for lot expiry dates
- Maintain medication selection accuracy and quality assurance records
- Perform filing, telephone, and prescription record duties

Requirements:

- Grade 12 education and Pharmacy Assistant course
- Equivalent education, training, and experience combination accepted
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to organize work and type
- Physical ability to carry out assigned duties
