Uline is hiring a full-time Collections Analyst for its Milton location, with hours Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM. Fluent verbal and written bilingual communication is required. The position connects customer account management with accurate records and cross-functional work across Credit, Customer Service, and Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned portfolios of customer accounts
- Build customer relationships through phone and email
- Find root causes of unpaid balances
- Develop payment solutions with customers
- Coordinate efforts to reduce aging and bad debt
Requirements:
- Fluent French and English verbal communication
- Fluent French and English written communication
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One-plus years’ collections experience preferred
- Solid customer-focused communication skills
