Overview We are looking for thoughtful communicators with an eye for clarity, tone, fairness, and consistent judgment. You will perform AI evaluation of scenario conversations, images, and videos for respectful language, usefulness, and prompt alignment. This opportunity is remote, with flexible hours and assignments based on project availability. Students, recent graduates and working professionals are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities • Review simulated conversations for clear, respectful, and unbiased wording.

- Compare generated responses and judge which handles the stated situation more helpfully.
- Explain your choice with evidence about tone, completeness, and instruction fit.




- Take part in English conversations with AI models when assigned to voice tasks.
- Record your ratings using project guidelines and flag examples that are difficult to judge.

Requirements • Confident spoken English and clear written communication.

- Sensitivity to wording that may feel unclear or unfair.
- Ability to apply fairness criteria consistently to scenario-based content.
- A computer, reliable internet and headphones, with a quiet space for voice-based tasks.
- Ability to produce your own ratings and written explanations without using AI tools.
