Overview We are looking for attentive communicators who can recognise fair language and apply review criteria consistently. You will perform generalist AI evaluation of scenario responses and media for clarity, respectful tone, and prompt fit. This opportunity is remote, with flexible schedule and assignments based on project availability. Students, recent graduates and working professionals are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities • Check generated conversations for neutral wording, complete answers, and obvious bias.

- Compare outputs and select the one that treats the described situation more fairly.
- Write a concise reason using language evidence from the examples.




- Take part in English conversations with AI models when assigned to voice tasks.
- Record your ratings using project guidelines and flag examples that are difficult to judge.

Requirements • Confident spoken English and clear written communication.

- Attentive reading for fairness and tone.
- Ability to apply fairness criteria consistently to scenario-based content.
- A computer, reliable internet and headphones, with a quiet space for voice-based tasks.
- Ability to produce your own ratings and written explanations without using AI tools.
