At TLC Laser Eye Centre, an affiliated entity of Vision Group, you will prepare operating rooms, support surgeons, and reassure patients. You will become a specialist in procedure tools and technologies while coordinating interventions with the clinic team. In-house training supports your learning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare operating rooms and tools before procedures
- Support surgeons during intraocular and LASIK procedures
- Reassure patients through clear, supportive communication
- Coordinate and support each intervention with the team
- Work precisely while standing in the operating room

Requirements:

- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to build trust quickly with others
- Sense of responsibility and serious approach
- Comfort with computers, technology, and Microsoft 365
- Healthcare experience considered an asset
