This Lead advances workforce optimization within SHN’s People Services portfolio. You will support UKG Dimensions and Workday improvements, develop scheduling processes, and align practices with collective agreements. The position emphasizes functional UKG capabilities, implementation, testing, training, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead scheduling and workforce optimization as the business lead
- Design and deploy UKG time, attendance, scheduling, and absence solutions
- Gather requirements and develop aligned process flows and procedures




- Deliver training on scheduling procedures and effective work practices
- Execute testing, track results, and log defects

Requirements:

- Three-plus years using workforce management software, ideally UKG Dimensions
- Three-plus years leading system configuration, testing, and implementation
- Undergraduate degree from a recognized institution
- Solid communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of unionized staffing and scheduling practices
