The Regional Operations Director oversees operational performance, organizational effectiveness, and financial results across British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. Working with executive leadership and the VP, Operations & Supply Chain, this leader executes multi-year plans, capital priorities, and organizational strategies. The scope includes safety, customer service, productivity, inventory, leadership development, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Optimize performance across Western Canada service centers

Co-develop operating plans and capital investment initiatives

Own budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, and profitability





Develop Branch Managers and regional leaders

Represent the region in national leadership forums

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, supply chain, engineering, or related discipline

10–15 years of progressive multi-site leadership experience

Experience with strategic planning and capital allocation

Robust financial, analytical, and decision-making capabilities

Ability to travel 30–50% within the assigned region
