Lead surgical operations across Calgary, Recent Westminster, and Still Creek with strategic leadership, financial oversight, and clinical expertise at Clearpoint Health Network.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Regional Director leads assigned centres across Western Canada. This senior leader oversees operations, financial performance, revenue growth, and patient care while coaching Assistant Clinical Directors. Success requires surgical workflow knowledge, business acumen, physician relationship development, and team leadership across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Assistant Clinical Directors through coaching, mentorship, and accountability

Oversee regional operations, workflows, resources, and performance standards

Review financial results, reports, and key performance indicators

Drive budgets, revenue targets,



business plans, and sustainable growth

Promote quality improvement, patient safety, and exceptional care

Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent nursing degree

Master’s degree in nursing, business, or relevant discipline

Five years’ surgical-care experience with multi-site responsibility

Five years’ formal multidisciplinary clinical leadership experience

Ability to travel between centres approximately thirty percent
