Job Overview The Registered Nurse (RN) provides attentive, coordinated patient care, supporting comfort, safety, and continuity across care settings. This role uses sound nursing judgment, clear communication, and accurate documentation to respond to patient needs and collaborate with the care team.

Responsibilities

- Assess patient needs, monitor changes in condition, and document observations and care accurately.
- Provide patient care, administer medications, support pain management, and perform phlebotomy within established care plans and procedures.
- Coordinate case management activities, communicate updates to colleagues, and use medical terminology and available records systems to support continuity.

Requirements Required: Practical nursing capabilities include patient assessment, attentive patient care, accurate documentation, medication administration, phlebotomy, and explicit communication using medical terminology.

Preferred: Related experience in hospital or acute care, pain management, case management, pediatrics, home care, medical offices, assisted living, nursing homes, senior or dementia care, laboratory settings, or working with children is valuable; familiarity with Epic or Cerner is also an advantage.

Pay: $33.32-$59.60 per hour
