We are seeking a Registered Practical Nurse to join our team at an upscale retirement condominium in Etobicoke. You will be responsible for delivering high quality care to assigned residents.

Responsibilities:

- Providing nursing care in accordance with established policy, physician’s orders, and the resident care plan
- Collaborate with registered nursing team to administer prescribed medications
- Fostering an atmosphere that is conducive to the provision of optimal care; through collaboration with other team members, monitoring resident care, communicating with the residents and family members, and providing guidance to Personal Support Workers
- Demonstrating professional working knowledge of all medical tools and equipment used in the delivery of nursing care
- Understands and implements infection prevention practices

Qualifications:





- Current registration as Registered Practical Nurse with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
