We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in primary care and medical offices. Ability to juggle multiple demands and work in a rapid paced environment is essential for this role.
Duties
- Provide direct patient care across all ages of life from babies to seniors
- Admininster vaccines and immunizations
- Sterilization of instruments
- Vaccine ordering
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to healthcare providers
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Utilize electronic medical record Practice Solutions for documentation
Requirements
- Valid Nursing license and registration with with CNO
- Experience in primary care
- Critical thinking, effective communication skills and ability to work under pressure
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $27.00-$31.00 per hour
