PinPoint Health is seeking a Registered Psychotherapist to join our South Millsway clinic. We’re looking for a compassionate clinician who values evidence-based care, meaningful therapeutic relationships, and working alongside a supportive multidisciplinary team.

Your role
- Provide individual psychotherapy tailored to each patient's needs, goals, and circumstances.
- Complete initial assessments and develop collaborative treatment plans.
- Support clients experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, and life transitions,



within your areas of competence.
- Use evidence-based therapeutic approaches appropriate to your training and clinical experience.
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical records and uphold informed consent, confidentiality, and professional standards.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers when appropriate and with client consent.
- Contribute to a welcoming, inclusive, and client-centred clinic environment.

What we’re looking for
- Current registration in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
- A relevant graduate degree in counselling, psychotherapy, or a related field.
- Skilled liability insurance.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- A thoughtful, ethical, and culturally responsive approach to care.
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.

Pay: $52.03-$133.77 per hour
