This AI Deployment Manager role supports utility, consulting, and regulator accounts from first login through renewal. You will help users achieve useful results, define pilot success criteria, and guide conversions to paying customers. Your work spans training regulatory, engineering, finance, and customer service teams, reviewing usage data, and resolving deployment blockers. You will partner with commercial and product teams while supporting rate cases, filings, rollouts, and research.

Agree use cases and success criteria for pilots
Embed with clients during filings and team rollouts
Teach effective prompting across user and leadership groups
Surface product feedback and communicate meaningful product changes
Requirements
Hands-on technical customer success or implementation experience
Ability to manage pilots, rollouts, and executive communication
Solid instinct for uncovering and solving user pain points
Comfort prioritizing technical work in ambiguous environments
Willingness to travel to client sites
