As an eDiscovery Client Services Manager, you will guide clients through workflow strategies, platform capabilities, and project updates. The role manages matters through the EDRM lifecycle while balancing budgets, timelines, risks, dependencies, and quality standards. You will coordinate workspace setup, data loading, processing, searches, batching, productions, and technical troubleshooting.

Robust relationship management and documentation skills support consistent client satisfaction and successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as primary client contact for assigned matters

Requirements

Five or more years of progressive eDiscovery or client services experience

Strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
