Lead an established consumer platform for Pogo, combining roadmap ownership, financial management, and cross-functional leadership from a fully remote setting.

In this Product Director role, you will report directly to the Studio General Manager and lead Pogo’s product discipline. You will plan and prioritize content and feature improvements against player needs and business objectives. You will also establish measurable goals, create executive narratives from complex data, and empower Product Management through curiosity, rigor, empathy, and accountability.

Requirements

Seven-plus years of product management experience

Experience maintaining and scaling established consumer businesses

Readiness to work remotely across multiple time zones
