The Director, Pharmacy Operations Region oversees pharmacies within an assigned region. This leader develops pharmacy teams, drives business success, and supports safe, effective practice. The work requires operational experience, people management, and strong communication while advancing customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coach, develop, and train pharmacy teams across the region
- Implement national pharmacy standards, processes, and business initiatives
- Plan weekly store visits around business priorities
- Monitor labour projections, inventory, and critical financial metrics




- Ensure regulatory compliance and follow up on medication incidents

Requirements:

- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or equivalent required
- Three to seven years of progressive management experience
- Operational experience, preferably across multi-unit locations
- Solid leadership, coaching, mentoring, and communication skills
- Active Nova Scotia or Newfoundland and Labrador licensure is an asset
