The Alberta Public Service seeks a senior advisor within Hospital and Surgical Health Services. Working in the Innovation and Strategy Unit, you will assess business needs, guide digital transformation, and support technology-enabled service delivery. Your work will connect business areas, technology teams, and health system partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze business needs and recommend digital, AI, and information management solutions
- Lead change management, stakeholder engagement, training, and technology adoption
- Coordinate digital health projects through implementation and evaluation
- Develop requirements, user guides, reports, briefings,



and recommendations
- Advise leadership on digital transformation and information management

Requirements:

- University degree in business, computing science, or related field
- At least four years of progressively responsible related experience
- IT-focused business analyst experience, preferably in public-sector organizations
- Project management, implementation, system development, and user support experience
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
