Improve regulatory systems and processes as a Senior Business Analyst with the Bereavement Authority of Ontario in a hybrid work environment.

This senior role partners with business areas and IT to strengthen information capture, process management, and service delivery. You will support Microsoft Dynamics 365, enterprise applications, automation, data governance, and technology decision-making for the BAO’s public-interest mandate.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather and validate business and system requirements
- Design future-state processes, workflows, and practical solutions
- Lead CRM enhancements and enterprise system improvements
- Assess automation, AI, integration, and data opportunities

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in business, information systems, or related discipline
- Five-plus years of progressive business analysis experience
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is required
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Power Platform
- Solid analytical, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
