Lead underground construction at Eldorado Gold Saskatchewan’s McIlvenna Bay site, supervising miners and coordinating infrastructure work on a 14/14 rotation.

This full-time supervisor joins the Underground Management Team supporting construction activities for the McIlvenna Bay project. The position oversees daily work, safety protocols, equipment performance, and progress toward production targets. It requires underground mining experience, construction coordination, and strong leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise, train, and support underground construction miners
- Coordinate temporary and permanent underground construction projects
- Conduct safety meetings and workplace inspections
- Monitor work against plans, schedules, permits,



and regulations
- Maintain production, equipment, and shift records

Requirements:

- Grade 12 diploma or GED
- At least five years of underground mining experience
- Previous supervisory experience with increasing responsibility
- Underground construction and infrastructure project experience
- Robust leadership, communication, and organizational skills
