Build reliable database solutions at RIMEX in Langley using SQL Server, T-SQL, and performance tuning for TyreSense applications.

This hands-on Database Developer role supports the continued evolution of the TyreSense product line. You will design relational databases, develop maintainable T-SQL, and optimize queries across large datasets. The work includes application data access, migrations, reporting, security, and production support. Collaboration spans software, DevOps, QA, support, product, data, and IT stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and maintain relational databases supporting TyreSense applications and reporting
- Develop stored procedures, functions, views, triggers, and set-based T-SQL
- Analyze execution plans, wait statistics, indexes, blocking, and deadlocks
- Develop version-controlled migrations, releases,



and deployment documentation
- Support data quality, database health, security, and production investigations

Requirements:

- Minimum five years developing and supporting production database applications
- Strong SQL, T-SQL, relational design, and Microsoft SQL Server experience
- Query optimization, indexing, execution plan analysis, and performance tuning experience
- Experience with C#, .NET, Entity Framework, source control, and peer review
- Legal entitlement to work in Canada and explicit English communication
