Our client is a specialty chemical manufacturer located on Montreal's South Shore, with products distributed throughout North America and Europe. Backed by a large international group, the company has more than doubled its revenue over the past five years and continues to experience robust growth.

You will lead the day‑shift production operations of a human‑scale manufacturing facility where every batch matters. Responsible for a team of approximately 15 employees, you will ensure production recipes are executed accurately, safely, and on schedule while continuously improving team processes and performance. This is a full‑time, permanent, on‑site position offering genuine career growth opportunities for a leader looking to advance with the company.
