Citi is seeking an Apps Support Analyst in a full time role based in Canada. You will provide technical and business support for Citi applications, field issues, and coordinate with tech partners for remediation.

You’ll help integrate app support activities across teams to help traders operate securely and efficiently. The role requires 2–5 years of experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and knowledge of problem management tools.
