Drive live mobile and social casino games at Blastworks in Victoria, BC, using player behavior and product data. This senior role is onsite.

As Senior Product Manager, you will own product areas across live games and guide opportunities from concept through launch and iteration. You will work with design, engineering, art, QA, analytics, CRM, and marketing. The focus includes improving engagement, retention, monetization, and player experiences through informed product judgment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own product areas and initiatives across live games
- Identify opportunities improving engagement, retention, and monetization
- Develop requirements and drive features through launch
- Use player behavior, data, and research for decisions
- Contribute to live-ops events, offers, and experiments

Requirements:

- Five or more years managing products in games or live consumer products
- Experience shipping features from idea through production
- Robust product judgment and actionable planning skills
- Experience using data and player behavior for decisions
- Willingness to work onsite in Victoria
