Lead IFRS reporting and financial analysis as Harris’s remote Controller, supporting senior leadership and a growing software business. Offices remain available across North America.

This Controller joins Harris’s finance management team and reports to the Director of Finance. The role leads finance professionals, oversees month, quarter, and year-end close, and advises operational senior leadership teams. It suits a CPA with five-plus years in accounting or finance, analytical strength, and team leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure accurate, complete, timely monthly financial reporting
- Perform technical accounting analysis under IFRS
- Present financial results to senior leadership
- Manage, coach, and mentor finance professionals
- Coordinate audits, due diligence, and acquisition integration

Requirements:

- Five-plus years in accounting or finance
- CPA or equivalent qualified designation
- Experience managing direct-report and stakeholder relationships
- Familiarity with IFRS reporting framework
- Project accounting experience is an asset
