As Senior Architect, you will pursue opportunities, build client relationships, and oversee delivery across varied sectors. You will collaborate with the Halifax team and technical resources across Canada. The position combines marketplace representation, project leadership, multidisciplinary coordination, and financial oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead business development activities throughout Current Brunswick
- Develop relationships with clients, partners, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
- Support pursuits, proposals, interviews, and contract negotiations
- Lead projects through design and construction administration
- Manage teams, budgets,



schedules, quality, and project delivery

Requirements:

- Registered architect in New Brunswick or eligible for registration
- Minimum 10 years’ experience with project leadership and client responsibilities
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and financial performance
- Knowledge of BIM, REVIT, AutoCAD, visualization, Adobe Creative Suite, and Bluebeam
- New Brunswick market relationships considered a significant asset
