Black & McDonald seeks a Human Resources Partner reporting to the Regional Vice President. You will support onboarding, employee services, talent development, and full-cycle recruitment. The position also provides guidance on performance management, workplace investigations, and employment matters.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support onboarding and connect hiring managers with recent hires
- Coordinate employee engagement and survey activities
- Participate in regional recruitment from postings through selection




- Guide managers and employees on employee relations matters
- Administer benefits and support performance management programs

Requirements:

- Human Resources Management degree or diploma
- Four to seven years of human resources experience
- French and English bilingualism, written and spoken
- Experience advising on performance and employee relations
- Knowledge of employment standards and human rights legislation
