This senior technical position supports MnDOT through Microsoft 365 Power Platform development and maintenance. You will work with Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams. The role applies software development lifecycle practices, application lifecycle management, security, governance, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop Power Apps and Power Automate solutions
- Implement workflows and integrations in Microsoft 365 GCC
- Support ongoing application maintenance and technical issues
- Promote Power Platform engineering standards across the agency




- Communicate updated guidance to developers and contractors

Requirements:

- At least three years of related IT experience
- Experience in application design, development, implementation, support, and maintenance
- Knowledge of Power Platform security, governance, and compliance
- Experience using SDLC and ALM practices
- Explicit communication and customer-focused problem-solving abilities
