Own full cycle accounting at Nano One Materials Corp. using advanced Excel and solid financial reporting skills. Support audits and improve close processes with minimal supervision.

Reporting to the Corporate Controller, the Accountant manages core financial reporting and key accounting processes end to end. The work includes journal entries, reconciliations, working papers, variance analysis, payments, and tax support. It also contributes to internal controls and ERP improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare journal entries, accruals, prepaids, and allocations
- Complete balance sheet reconciliations and resolve variances
- Prepare monthly working papers and variance analysis
- Support audits, budgeting, and quarterly financial procedures
- Improve close processes, ERP use, and reporting tools

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA designation or progress through CPA PEP
- Three to five years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
