Drive Capital Markets business analysis and client data initiatives at CIBC in a hybrid Toronto arrangement with one to three onsite days weekly.
As an Analyst, Business Transformation, you will advance assigned initiatives and support project success. You will work with Technology, Front Office, Legal, Regulatory Operations, and CSDM stakeholders. Your responsibilities span requirements, Agile delivery, data remediation, reporting, testing, and change management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate business requirements with Technology partners and stakeholders
- Lead sprint planning, refinement sessions, and user story assignments
- Support impact assessments, UAT, BAT, and testing updates
- Analyze client data remediation and future data quality
- Construct client lifecycle reporting and document reporting procedures
Requirements:
- Experience in business analysis, project management, or regulatory compliance
- Knowledge of project management practices, procedures, and principles
- Degree or diploma in business, finance, analytics, mathematics, or related field
- Proficiency with MS Visio and technology applications
- Excellent research, analytical, documentation, and communication skills
