Lead individual pension plan consulting at Gallagher, applying actuarial valuation expertise and bilingual communication in Mississauga, Montreal, or virtually. Manage trusted client relationships.

This Consulting Actuary serves Gallagher’s Wealth practice and its key IPP portfolio. You will review defined benefit and IPP valuation reports, supervise annual administration, and support Distributor Partners. The work also involves strategic advice, project management, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and sign IPP and regular DB valuation reports
- Supervise IPP annual administration tasks and production
- Meet Distributor Partners, advisors, clients, and accountants
- Develop strategic advice and practical client solutions




- Manage engagements, budgets, schedules, and delegated work

Requirements:

- Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries
- Current knowledge of pension legislation and Income Tax regulations
- Proficiency with valuation software and standard PC tools
- Knowledge of CIA standards and pension accounting standards
- Bilingual English and French communication and negotiation skills
