You'll configure, administer, and expand Jira Cloud, starting with the Cybersecurity team and then moving to other project, program, product, and operational teams. You'll work directly with each team to learn how they deliver work and turn their processes and reporting needs into practical Jira setups that follow established enterprise standards. The goal is better delivery visibility, less manual admin, and internal teams that can run Jira on their own long term. This role applies an existing Jira framework rather than designing a new one.

- Onboard teams and set up Jira for waterfall, hybrid, agile, Kanban, and operational delivery models
- Build self-service dashboards and reporting for project managers, program managers, delivery teams, and executives
- Configure Jira Product Discovery (JPD) to support ideas, prioritization, and product planning
- Support migrations from Azure DevOps (ADO) to Jira, including work-item mapping and transition activities
- Provide user training, documentation, coaching, and knowledge transfer to internal administrators and delivery teams
- Keep all configurations aligned with established Jira governance, architecture, and standards
Qualifications
- Proven enterprise Jira Cloud administration and configuration experience
- Hands-on experience with Jira projects, boards, workflows, JQL, dashboards, automation, Jira Plans, hierarchy, roles, and permissions
- Ability to understand how a team operates and translate its requirements into practical Jira configurations
- Experience building dashboards and reports for project managers, program managers, delivery teams, and executives
- Strong understanding of project, program, product, waterfall, hybrid, agile, Kanban, and operational delivery practices
- Strong troubleshooting, facilitation, documentation, training, and stakeholder management skills
- Collaborative, organized, and comfortable working independently with both technical and non-technical teams
Nice to Have
- Jira Product Discovery (JPD) configuration experience
- Experience migrating teams and work items from Azure DevOps (ADO) to Jira
- Atlassian certifications
- Experience with Confluence, Atlassian Analytics, Power BI, and Jira Marketplace apps
- Experience supporting Jira in a large enterprise setting
