Clutch is seeking an Associate, Strategic Finance to help own core financial models, forecasts, and executive materials. You will partner with functional leaders, analyze business drivers, and translate financial data into recommendations. The work includes capital-markets support, investor diligence, and lender reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve Clutch’s core financial models
- Produce monthly and quarterly business review decks
- Explain performance and identify risks and opportunities
- Prepare fundraising materials, diligence, and lender reporting
- Deliver ad hoc analysis for the executive team
Requirements:
- One to three years of relevant finance experience
- Investment banking, private equity, consulting, or strategic finance background
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
- Experience connecting spreadsheets with Looker, Snowflake, or external systems
- Structured thinking, attention to detail, and ownership mentality
