This leadership role supports retirement residences offering independent living, assisted living, and memory care. You will create engaging programs, coordinate events, evaluate offerings, and motivate teams. Solid communication, organization, creativity, and management skills are central to success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess residents’ needs and develop meaningful active living programs
- Create monthly calendars and newsletters for residents
- Schedule events and live entertainment activities
- Evaluate and improve program choices and offerings
- Grow and evaluate an active volunteer program

Requirements:

- Minimum two years’ recreation or active living experience
- One year’s leadership experience with mature adults and seniors
- Two-year post-secondary education in a related field
- Current CPR and first aid certification
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
