Shape enterprise AI literacy at ATB as a hybrid manager, translating generative AI and LLM concepts into practical learning experiences.
As ATB’s AI Literacy and Community Manager, you will own the enterprise AI literacy program. You will build capability tiers, develop learning journeys, and support ethical adoption across ATB Financial. The work connects AI expertise with business application through partnerships, facilitation, and community programming.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute ATB’s enterprise-wide AI literacy roadmap
- Design custom training, prompt playbooks, and learning interventions
- Build the internal AI Champions Network
- Track adoption, completion, sentiment, and behavior metrics
- Support governance forums and executive steering committees
Requirements:
- Deep expertise in AI, LLMs, prompt patterns, and generative tools
- Experience designing and scaling capability development programs
- Solid workshop and virtual facilitation skills
- Five to seven years leading enablement, communications, change, or adoption programs
- Two to three years managing people in matrixed organizations
