This CNC Maintenance Technician maintains complex manufacturing equipment, including millturns, lathes, high speed mills, and grinders. The technician troubleshoots Fanuc, Siemens, and other CNC control systems while supporting production uptime. Responsibilities span preventive maintenance, repairs, calibration, alignment, documentation, and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain millturns, lathes, high speed mills, and grinders
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and software issues
- Calibrate axes and align machine geometry within tolerance limits




- Manage critical spare parts and vendor relationships
- Document repairs, replacements, maintenance activities, and calibration results

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Five to ten years maintaining CNC equipment in manufacturing
- Fanuc, Siemens, or Okuma controls experience preferred
