The Director, Program Management provides strategic direction for Satellite Systems’ Program Management organization. This senior leader oversees complex portfolios, maintaining customer commitments and business objectives across technical performance, quality, schedule, and financial results. The position also develops organizational capacity, talent, and competencies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee successful execution of the Satellite Systems program portfolio
- Establish governance, reviews, indicators, and escalation mechanisms
- Monitor revenue, profitability, costs, forecasts, risks, and opportunities
- Lead recovery plans for programs facing execution challenges




- Develop Program Management talent, processes, and organizational capabilities

Requirements:

- Minimum 15 years of progressive related technical or business experience
- Experience leading complex programs, managers, and multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of financial management, forecasting, risk, and performance management
- Excellent communication with executives, customers, and multidisciplinary teams
- Fluency in English and French; Reliability and Controlled Goods clearances required
