Are you an experienced warehouse leader who thrives in a fast-paced distribution environment? We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead and support a team of unionized employees on the night shift. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for driving operational performance, inventory accuracy, safety, productivity, and customer service while ensuring compliance with company policies and collective agreement requirements.
A typical day:Lead and supervise unionized warehouse employees, including coaching, training, scheduling, and performance managementDevelop and execute daily shift plans to meet productivity, shipping, and operational targetsMonitor warehouse KPIs, inventory accuracy, and cost control measures to drive performanceCoordinate inbound, outbound, and warehouse activities while ensuring timely order fulfillmentPromote workplace safety, enforce policies, and identify opportunities for process improvementsSuccessful candidates will have:Possess post-secondary education or equivalent combination of education and experienceDemonstrate at least 5 years of supervisory experience within a warehouse or distribution environment, preferably unionizedApply strong leadership,



communication, and labour relations skillsUtilize warehouse management systems, RFID technology, barcode systems, and Microsoft Office applicationsExhibit excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities while managing multiple prioritiesExperience managing mid to large sized teamsTotal rewards:$80000.00
