Reporting to the Fleet Manager, the Equipment Advisor manages fleet assets from onboarding through disposal. You will coordinate leasing, relocations, deployments, and fleet projects while working with Operations, vendors, and internal stakeholders. The role uses operational, financial, and technical data to support decisions and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage asset onboarding, tracking, transfers, lifecycle records, and disposal
- Coordinate equipment purchases, leases, relocations, and deployments
- Maximize availability through fleet planning and utilization management
- Oversee fleet projects, resources, vendors,



and stakeholder coordination
- Analyze data and develop reports using Power BI and Excel

Requirements:

- High School Diploma required; post-secondary degree is an asset
- Minimum one year in a maintenance service environment
- Demonstrated Power BI proficiency, including analysis and export management
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and robust Microsoft Suite knowledge
- Analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
